Wild Honey社のLord Pearl「真珠卿」の名前が示すようなマグナムサイズ。
sekaimonでまとめて送るので、適当に安い額をいれていたのですがすんなり落とせてしまった。

　

左右一面のフレームグレインとトップのバーズアイがインパクト。
グラインダーで磨いたら、穴埋めの跡が獣の目に見えます。∑(ﾟДﾟ)

チャンバー奥部にクラックがあります。
これだけ、ボウルがぶ厚いので影響はありませんが。

内容量を大量に要するので、休日の気合が入った時しか吸えません。

飛鳥、965、ハーフ＆ハーフ、ビンセントマニル、ビンテージシリアンあたりが良かったです。

バージニアNo1、桃山、ブラックバージニア、オーリックGSは、飽きとニコチン良いで終盤つらかった。

オリエント主体のミクスチャー、あるいは安くてたっぷり詰められるタバコ用になっています。

前の所有者はサシエニ製と書いています。

しかし、国内の詳しい方に見てもらい「サシエニらさがない」との事でした。確かに。
このパイプを最初に見つけた方のレポートがパイプマガジンのBBSにありました。

出張中に骨董店でまとめて見つけたそうです。

Sasieni (Custom Made) For Lord Pearl Of England. Extra Extra Large Magnum!!
ONE OF A KIND
I have for sale a 50 plus year old extra large magnum pipe in excellent condition custom made by Sasieni For Lord Pearls in London, England. Lord Pearl contracted with Sasieni to make custom pipes for them in the 1950s and 1960s for their shop. Herb Wilczak and Tom Colwells book titled "Who Made That Pipe" states that Wild Honey Pipes were custom made for Sasieni. This Sasieni pipe nomenclature on left side of shank reads Wild Honey, Lord Pearl, Custom Made. As you can see in the pictures this is a beautiful grained monster pipe. It measures 7 1/4 inches long. It's huge in my hand. Also it is a forward slant dublin with beautiful graining. See all 12 pictures. It smokes great and is in near mint condition. I have it on display with my other collection.
